The Snapshot is free because seeing your AI Visibility Score is the most honest demonstration of what BeBest does — and because data should speak before we ask for anything.
The Audit is priced on engagement because the scope varies meaningfully by category complexity, number of competitors, and depth of prompt set required. We do not believe in fixed pricing that forces you to pay for analysis you do not need — or that shortcuts the analysis your category demands.
Monitoring is a monthly retainer because AI recommendations shift as models update, and because the value of the Audit compounds when you can track whether your improvements are working.

Do I need to do the Audit before Monitoring?
Yes. AI Visibility Monitoring requires a baseline score from an Audit to be meaningful. Without a baseline, there is nothing to track against. We can set up Monitoring immediately following an Audit.
Is the AI Recommendation Strategy a separate service?
Yes. See the AI Recommendation Strategy page for details. It is a 90-day implementation programme that follows the Audit, designed to produce measurable improvements to your AI Visibility Score.
Can I start with the free Snapshot and upgrade later?
Yes. Most clients start with the free Snapshot, see their score, and decide to proceed with a full Audit. There is no obligation and no cost difference — the Snapshot price (free) does not apply to the Audit cost.
